Gagaku has been a part of Prof. Bargen's class for the past 15 years. Some students have participated more than once before. In addition to the wind instruments, percussion instruments joined this time. Furthermore, Seigaiha dance, which is mentioned in the "Tale of Genji" was also performed for the students. Prof. Bargen teaches this classic novel of Japan in her class. Students were thrilled to learn about gagaku.
